10 year frame guarantee

All our frames are locally sourced in the North West and are constructed from the finest kiln dried solid beech, which are glued, dowelled and screwed at all major stress points. We have such huge confidence in our furniture frames, that we offer all our customers a 10 year guarantee with every purchase. Customers visiting our factory will be shown frames in person, so that they know the structural integrity of our furniture.

3 year manufacturing guarantee

Each piece of furniture that we create is produced from only the finest materials using traditional tried and tested techniques. We are proud to offer high quality furniture to all our customers and fulfil the expectation of British handmade furniture. Therefore all our furniture comes with a standard 3 year manufacturing guarantee to cover any problems that may occur.
