For some time now we were looking for a new sofa for our living room, visited multiple stores, but could not find anything that will catch our eyes. Then we have decided to search online and see what else is available. We have found Oswald and Pablo sofas and they were just what we were looking for! I must also say that good and genuine reviews helped us to make up our mind as well. As we live in Devon, it was a bit of a journey to travel and look for the sofa in person, but we have decided to give it a go. Choosing the color and material was yet another challenge and we have ordered quite a few samples to help with decision making. We have chosen a 4 seater Chesterfield sofa and footstool in emerald green wool and green antique leather. If I am honest, we were anxious that we have made the wrong choice regarding the color. We had our delivery this morning and were able to finally see our sofa in full glory. We were taken aback of what a stunning and high quality piece it is! Absolutely gorgeous color and material, and the footstool matches the sofa perfectly. It is a real treasure. Friendly and respectful delivery team arrived early in the morning and put the sofa and the stool in the places ready to use. No delay and no mess. I can definitely say the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the whole service. We will definitely be ordering another piece of furniture from you. 5+ stars and I would highly recommended this company if you are looking for comfort, timeless beauty, great quality and overall superb customer service.

The guys at Pablo and Oswald sent us free swatches of material and let us visit their factory to see an example of the chairs we wanted to buy. They told us all about the manufacturing process and the company history, and we saw their furniture being made. They said they would try to get the chairs to us before Christmas, and they did do. Our chairs are superb quality, and are beautiful pieces if furniture. The delivery guys arranged a time and stuck to it, they brought the chairs in, unwrapped them and put legs on, and took all the packaging away. Really good service and a great customer experience from start to finish.

They assembled the chair and asked us to check condition and explained things to us nicely. Also coped beautifully with the big excitable dog we had for that day. They did not rush the job despite being on the road for a week and this was final delivery. Well done.

Good quality hand made furniture. Communication regarding delivery was spot on. Oswald and Pablo give you an option of a am or pm delivery and the delivery drivers telephone you giving you an expected delivery time.

Beautiful chair. Extremely well made. The sprung back supports my lower back and is incredibly comfortable. My favorite chair with the patchwork fabric is gorgeous. It is very comfortable with excellent back support. Ordering was easy and the seller provided good communication prior to delivery. The delivery drivers were excellent. An excellent experience all round. I would give this chair stars if I could. Very satisfied customer.
