How do I place an order?

How long does it take?
Typically our standard lead time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, although this can vary depending on your specific order. You will be notified at the point of order of any differences or changes.
Any items that are bespoke will have individual lead times given per order. This will vary depending on the nature of the item.
How do I pay?
We have a few ways that you can pay, although orders placed through our website are by PayPal or card only.
PayPal: after ordering, follow the steps to pay via PayPal Express checkout.
Card: after ordering, follow the steps to pay via card.
Transfer: contact us for bank details.
Split payment: split your payment into a 50% deposit and 50% remaining balance.
Cash on delivery: 50% deposit required, with the remaining balance paid on delivery. This applies only to local deliveries where our own van can be used rather than a furniture courier.
Can I view the furniture before buying?
Although most of our furniture is made to order, we do keep many items in stock that are available to view. These can be viewed exclusively at our Bury factory. Unfortunately we do not have any other outlets in the UK where our furniture can be viewed.
As we are a working factory, we like to make sure each visiting customer has our full attention. Our factory is therefore by appointment only. Please contact us for all available appointments.
Does the furniture come with a guarantee?
All our furniture comes with a 10 year frame guarantee and a 3 year manufacturing guarantee.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can deliver outside of the UK. Please contact us for individual quotes. Quotes do not include local taxes.
You are also more than welcome to source a shipping agent for collection from our factory. Please contact us for shipping quotes, information and recommendations.
Do you use real leather?
All our leather Chesterfield sofas are crafted from only the finest European leather hides, sourced from a small selection of UK leather importers. We DO NOT use bonded leather, PU/faux or split skin leather unless stated otherwise or provided by the customer.
We also have select ranges available for those looking for vegan friendly alternatives to leather, with the same look and authentic style.
Are they genuine Chesterfield sofas?
It is a very common misconception that the term Chesterfield Sofa refers to a product made by one particular company, when in fact it refers to the design and style of the sofa. This classic and timeless design usually consists of a large couch with rolled arms that are the same height as the back.
