Delivery will be carried out by our specialised furniture delivery partners to make sure it arrives safely into your home. The experienced two man delivery team will unload your order and bring it into your room of choice within your home. Our service includes fixing of legs, unpacking and removable of all packaging as standard, unless stated by you otherwise.
Delivery will include;
Delivery of singular Wing Chairs or smaller items, will not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
Once your order is complete in production you will be emailed to notify you of dispatch to our dedicated delivery partner. Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will be in touch via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date convent to you. They aim to deliver within 10 working days following dispatch. Deliveries are carried out Monday – Friday only and an AM/PM slot will be given. All payments and balances must be made in full before dispatch can take place. Failure to do so may cause delays in delivery.
Most of our furniture is delivered with small plastic travel legs so that no damage is caused in transit. These will be removed and then replaced by your chosen legs.
Upon delivery, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order. A copy of the delivery note for your order will be given to you for you to keep. Please keep this for your own records, as this is your proof of purchase and warranty. If there is any issues with your order upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
